    • An example of how Engamio solutions could be embedded into event platform’s menu
    • The integration is accomplished through a simple iframe embedding, what enables a seamless one-platform experience
    • You can create an engager within your Engamio account and share the engager’s link with the customer support team of the event platform, so they could embed your activations into the menu/session of your event
    • When participants will click on the tab in the event platform’s menu they will see a welcoming page with a live leaderboard, game instructions, and a “Start” button.

    2 Data input

    • Before attendees could start the game they need to go through the authentication process
    • An event organizer can customize up to 3 data inputs (like name, e-mail, job title, etc)
    • Automated user authentication is possible through dynamic url parameters and unique terms tokens (ask Engamio team about this feature)
    • The report with each participant’s data can be generated at any point in time by the organizer of the event (Engamio account owner)

    • After the authentication, the participants could see a storytelling page with branding, text, and image
    • The page can be useful to provide extra context for the upcoming game/task
    • The organizer of the event can also use this page to put an address note to the participants from a keynote speaker or from the organizing committee

    • The task page is where participants will be playing the game (or doing other activities)
    • The experience is timed so each player will have its own individual timing (result)
    • The “help” button contains additional instructions/clues for the game/activity
    • The experience can be completed at any time

    • Once the game (task) is completed the participants could see “the product” of their work with their individual results and percentage of completion
    • The result can be downloaded as an image or can be sent to the attendee’s email
    • When sent to an email, the image could come alongside the desired information from the sponsor
    • By clicking “next” the participants could go to the next page to check the special offer from the sponsor/organizer
